Pole tasters are the perfect opportunity to trial a pole fitness class without the pressure of
committing to a 8 week term. Trial all of the aspects of a beginners pole class – a fun warm up,
beginners pole tricks and spins as well as conditioning and flexibility exercises – in our 60 minute
pole tasters to decide if pole fitness is for you.

Come along and learn beginners Lyra techniques, strengthening and flexibility exercises to kick start
your training in a fun and supportive environment in our 60 minute Lyra Taster Classes. Our summer
timetable Lyra Taster classes are specifically designed to allow you to trial a beginners Lyra class so
you can find out if Lyra is for you.
In this class you will learn lap dance techniques as well as how to turn them into a raunchy lap dance
routine to take home to your special someone, or to simply boost your self confidence and feel like a
Learn how to slay the floor in our Floor It class with Laura. In this class you will learn everything you
need to make the floor yours including floor acro poses, shoulder rolls, balances and transitions then
put it all together into a mini routine to showcase your new floor skills.
In this 60 minute freestyle class come prepared to sweat, laugh and burn some calories to a new
song each class. Using suggestions from your fellow classmates your instructor will create a fun
routine on the spot as a group collaborative exercise.
Want to create a seamless pole routine? Pole Flow is the class for you. Designed to help you with
your freestyle abilities and flow, come with an open mind and be prepared to experiment with
continuous movement up, down and around the pole.
Want to learn how to twerk, shake, pop and isolate your booty? Join our Twerk it casual classes to
learn all the booty shaking techniques you could ever think of learning. We will also piece all of the
techniques learnt in class into a fun routine to showcase the new booty shaking skills you have
Join our resident PT and fitness expert Chris to work, tone and sculpt your booty. This 60 minute
bootcamp style workout has everything you need to work off those Christmas goodies and give your
booty the best possible start to 2018.
Work on your handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, shoulder rolls, flexibility, strength and group
acrobatic poses in our dedicated Acro classes. Make new friends, have fun and learn new bendy
moves and make interesting shapes in a supportive and safe environment. Come armed with your
favourite inspo pics and we might even be able to help you re enact your favourite acro inspiration
Start on those new year resolutions early with our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout.
Our HIIT classes will leave you feeling wonderful and improve your strength, endurance and overall
fitness. Instructed by the lovely Chris, a qualified PT, Chris will ensure you get maximum results from
your workout based on your fitness level.
Have that nemesis trick you’ve been working on? No matter what you do just not getting it right?
Come armed with a list of all of your nemesis tricks and have Glenda, the current QLD Pole
Champion help you break them down and nail them. Multilevel class so students of all levels are
HANDSTANDS MASTER CLASS:
In awe of all of the flexxy handstand poses you see on you social media but no idea how to train your
handstand safely to get the same results? Let Glenda, a qualified physiotherapist, teach you how to
safely do handstands and elbowstands as well as provide you with strengthening exercises and
flexibility tips to get your handstands to Instagram worthy in no time.
Bring a friend or make a new one in our doubles pole class. Learn exciting doubles poses, techniques
and how to work with a partner on the pole. Bring your favourite doubles inspo pics or let Glenda
take you through some of basics of doubles pole. Must be able to do multiple climbs and hold a pole
STRETCH N FLEX:
Start working on your 2018 flexibility goals early with our Stretch N Flex class with the gorgeous
Glenda. Glenda will take you through a range of flexibility exercises that you can incorporate into
your stretching routine to help you with everyday life and nail that flexibility goal you’re working
Bring your favourite inspiration pics or nemesis tricks along to class and have the lovely Kat help you
break it down. This fun session is designed for collaboration and nailing those nemesis moves all
whilst making new Lyra friends and trying out new shapes.
Pole play is a time to jam. Bring your favourite pole inspiration pics along to class and
have your instructor help you break it down or bring a favourite song you’ve been busting to dance
to all week and turn it into a short routine. Kat is at your mercy and here to help you with whatever
Learn how to work with a partner in Lyra as well as learning new partner spins, tricks and balances.
Bring a friend or make a new one for this class. No experience necessary although bonus if you can
Straddle into the hoop.
Work on your strength and conditioning for pole and bring along your tricks that need polishing and
have the lovely Kat help you nail them. This multilevel class is suitable for all levels and will help
build your strength and endurance on the pole.
