2019 TERM 2 – 8 WEEK  COURSEs

Pole Dance & Aerial is not for everyone. Pole Dance & Fitness is challenging, its not easy but there are no pre-requisites to start. Everyone starts off on the same level, with no upper body strength, flexibility or core strength.. even if you are fit you will find muscles you did not know existed. Age is also no barrier, we have students ranging from 16-60 years of age.

Our classes are made up of warm ups, cool downs, strength & conditioning, tricks and choreography. By the end of the course you will have learnt basic trick moves and put them together in a choreographed dance routine.

Payment Choices:
Pay Upfront OR Oxipay (with Oxipay you can pay over 2 months either weekly or fortnightly).

With the Beginners Course* you receive:

  • One Hour Pole Dancing or Aerial Class Per Week for the duration of your course
  • Casual Classes (check out the BLUE on the timetable)
  • FREE Open Practice as per Timetable
  • Lots of love and support from our staff and current members

What do you wear to your first class?

What to bring?

  • Wear some shorts or bike pants, the shorter the better as you need your skin to grip the pole.
  • Moisturiser is not your friend with Pole Dancing, remember not to moisturise the night before otherwise you will find it difficult to grip the pole in your class.
  • Any type of tshirt is fine.
  • If you are doing silks or lyra/hoop classes then you need long tights
  • Water Bottle – we also have bottled water available at reception to purchase.
  • Sports Towel
    All classes require a minimum number of registrations for it to go ahead so there is always a possibility class times may change.

*Current Member = Signed up for a 4 or 8 Week Course. Once you have signed up for a Course you are Considered a Member of Elements Pole, Aerial & Fitness for the duration of the course. Being a Member allows you discounts on other courses and priority treatment.

Please consider your attendance when booking a course. Fees are considered a single product and NON-REFUNDABLE, however you are entitled to a 48 hour cooling off period after signing up with payment.

Course equals one Pole Dancing or Aerial Class per week plus any extras as stated.

Missed classes – At Elements we offer make up classes if you are unable to attend your normal class. Make up classes will be offered for students who advise us they are unable to attend and must be taken in the same term and in classes with availability.
